Delivery

Orders are shipped using the delivery methods available at the time of checkout.

The applicable delivery time depends in particular on the carrier, the delivery method selected and the destination. Delivery information is provided to the customer before the order is finally confirmed.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email containing tracking information will be sent where tracking is available.

Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided when placing the order is accurate.

If an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer results in the parcel being returned, any additional costs associated with reshipping the order may be charged to the customer.
